Our project team includes leading national contractors, architects, engineers, and building operators with global expertise and perspective who will partner with local firms that have long-term regional experience.
The arena's construction will be privately financed, therefore, USM/MAA will bear the financial and operational risk of the project, meaning the city's prized AAA bond rating will not be threatened. The arena will create significant employment and economic benefits, during both construction and operation.
The Arena project team includes:
ESG Enterprises, a local company with more than 50 years of innovative developments in Virginia Beach and along the East Coast.
S.B. Ballard Construction Company, a Virginia Beach-based contractor with a documented history of delivering quality large-scale projects on time and within budget.
