Our Founder: Edward S. Garcia
Edward “Eddie” S. Garcia, an esteemed entrepreneur and real estate developer, founded and led our firm with hard work, innovation, compassion and love for more than 60 years. Today we are proud to have his name grace the diversified set of businesses that he began and operated with his wife, Sandy Garcia, at his side. Sandy continues to be instrumental in guiding The Garcia Companies in holding true to his values and core beliefs as we move forward.

In the Spotlight: Terra Lago Groundbreaking!
Hundreds of people celebrated the groundbreaking of Terra Lago, a new community coming to the Villages of Indiantown, a hidden gem on Florida’s Treasure Coast. State leaders and local dignitaries were on hand today to ‘move dirt’ and share in the excitement of this new 800-acre community being constructed in western Martin County. Terra Lago, a Garcia Community, is one viable and noteworthy solution to the housing challenges facing the Sunshine State.
